Plum Run Acres started with a simple idea: what if a place to stay actually felt welcoming? Not just clean — welcoming. Not just a bed — a place where you can exhale.

Located right off E Berlin Road in New Oxford, we're close enough to the highway for a convenient stop, but far enough away that the noise fades and the real Pennsylvania quiet takes over. Adams County has a warmth about it, and we wanted our place to reflect that.
